It was a fantastic 2013 and I am ready to face the challenges and excitement that 2014 has to offer. I am very thankful for the past year and I had a lot of lessons learned, a lot of laughs, a lot of moments to cherish, and of course, a lot of blessings to be thankful for.
One of the things that I am truly thankful for 2013 is to be able to reconnect with long lost friends. Here's a photo of me and Lysette during her daughter's Christening.
Baby Rafi was baptized on the day of my 29th birthday and I'm happy to have celebrated this very important event with them. It's a one big turning point for the Lao family to have finally been blessed with a bundle of joy. And of course, my wish for Baby Rafi is for her to grow up as lovely as her mother.
Also, before the end of 2013, a wedding took place at the gardens of Linmarr Hotels and Apartelle.
Reign and Julius finally tied the knot last December 30. The beautiful wedding ceremony was attended by family and close friends. It was good to see some old friends whom I haven't seen in a long time. It was a day to celebrate love and to rekindle old friendships.
I celebrated 2013 with a new baby and a new couple. It's pretty exciting to know what 2014 has in store for everybody and I cannot wait for this mystery to unfold. It's a new year, a fresh clean start. May we all have an unforgettable 2014!
