Evergreen Spirulina Soap
Evergreen Spirulina Soap has menthol and spirulina extract as its main ingredients. Spirulina is a fresh water blue-green algae and is known to be a rich source of chlorophyll. If you can still remember during your elementary Science class, chlorophyll is the one that gives leaves its pigment. Spirulina is also a good source of vitamins, minerals, and protein, and it is sometimes referred to as the complete food or super food. This Evergreen Spirulina Soap is said to have excellent moisturizing properties and very rich in Vitamin E that helps repair damaged and aging skin.
About 10 years ago, my godfather gave me an Evergreen Spirulina Soap. I remember using it for my face, I was at the height of adolescent acne back then. However, I did not know what happened but I wasn't able to continue using this soap because it suddenly disappeared and did not become available on the market. I was surprised that it's now back in circulation.
I have tried this soap and it's still as refreshing as before. I love the minty feel! It cleanses gently but surely, I love the scent of menthol that would envelop the entire shower room whenever I use this soap. It's recommended for all skin types so I used it on my sensitive skin. I've noticed that this soap has some tiny bits of exfoliants which is a nice way to slough away dead skin cells. However, it would have been helpful if the manufacturer has labeled this soap properly, and list all of the ingredients used aside from the spirulina and menthol.
Evergreen Spirulina Soap is available through dealers.
