From Left to Right: Round Kabuki Brush Angled Kabuki Brush Flat Top Kabuki Brush Flat Angled Kabuki Brush |
Round Kabuki Brush is used for blending cream, liquid and face powders, bronzers and highlighters. The difference between the angled kabuki brush is just the shape but the round kabuki brush is also very good in blending the make up in the jawline and neck.
Angled Kabuki brush is used for blending in cream, liquid, and face powders, bronzers, and highlighters. This is also perfect for blushes and contouring.
Flat Kabuki Brush is one of the top-selling brushes of Sigma. Although I have not tried the flat top brush from Sigma, I believe that Ellana's Flat Kabuki brush can compete with Sigma's line. This brush has stiffer bristles with the softest high-quality nylon hair that gives an airbrush finish with your makeup. It is used for applying cream, liquid and powder foundations on the flat areas of the face, forehead, and cheeks.
Flat Angled Kabuki brush is best used in applying cream and liquid foundation. It may also be used in applying face powders and suitable to use in the hard to reach contours of the face. This is also very good to put color on your cheekbones and to contour your nose. This is actually the kind of brush that you can use from foundation to powder to blush, it's all-in-one, with the airbrush finish!
Aside from Face Brushes, Ellana Minerals also has Eye Brushes for only P200.00 each. The eye brushes photographed below are for eyeshadow, crease, and eye contour.
Eyeshadow brush is used to apply the right amount of eyeshadow in the lid area. The rounded end can also be used to highlight the brow area.
Crease Brush is a multi-purpose long-haired brush tapered at the end that can be used as an eyeshadow brush or precision concealer brush. It provides perfect control for detail and contouring. It's also great for applying concealer on red small dots and blemishes on your face.
The Eye Contour Brush is rounded at the end, compact, and fuller than the eyeshadow brush. It is perfect for packing color on the crease area. Because it is compact, the resulting color would be concentrated. This may also be used to enhance the definition and depth of the crease area. Also, when not packing color, this is the brush the you can use to smudge or soften eyeliners for a smokey effect.
Ellana Minerals brushes are now available in Davao City through Trendsetters Fashion Boutique.
