Ever since I was introduced to mouthwashes, I have always diluted then with water. The fact that we're supposed to use it as is is uncomfortable for me because most mouthwashes that I have tried sting my tongue. My Travel "Kikay" Kit

I'm sure you've had some dilemma on what beauty items to bring during travel. I find myself always at a loss whenever I'm packing my toiletries and beauty essentials because I would always end up bringing almost everything. I used to have a separate 4-liter megabox that I always carry with me during travels exclusively for my toiletries and beauty kit. But when it comes to my day bag, that bag that I would have to bring with me all the time while I'm out roaming and discovering places, I would have to limit the number of items to carry. The photo above is an accurate demonstration of what you can find in my day bag.

Bringing 2 eye brushes seems to be a chore, specially when these brushes are more than 6 inches long. But I like how my Ellana Minerals brushes fit on any mid-sized bag. I usually just bring two eyeshadows: Wish and Inspiration, both are also from Ellana Minerals. Wish is a very nice taupe shade that I can use for my eyebrows and it also doubles as a shade to create depths and shadows on our eyes' outer V while Inspiration gives me just the right amount of inspired look, it's sheer and gold, and gives me a really fresh and glowing look.

I could not leave Davao without VMV Hypoallergenics' Armada Sport spf70. It's waterproof and so far, it is the only sunblock that doesn't give me rashes. It also has full-spectrum sun protection factor and you can use this indoors and outdoors. I particularly like slathering Armada 70 on my face, neck, and other exposed areas before I head off to the beach. Sometimes, I also use a tiny amount on my face when I want to go outside without make up. For those time when I do want some hint of makeup without being overdone, I simply use VMV Hypoallergenics' BBBB Cream, it's BB Cream But Better! This is a recent discovery and I never thought I'd fall in love with a BB Cream because I have always been complaining that there is no BB Cream fit for morena girls like me. It was such a surprise that this BB Cream blended with my skintone perfectly. Absolutely NO WHITE CAST ever, even on photographs with camera flash.

One of the best things I've been bringing with me recently is this Swish Breath Spray. I never believed in breath sprays and I have always carried a toothbrush and toothpaste with me. But travelling to places with no good water makes me want to skip brushing my teeth. Good thing there is a temporary alternative to keep my breath fresh with Swish breath spray. I'm already a fan of Swish mouthwash but I was introduced to this breath spray only this month. I like that I need not bring my toothbrush and toothpaste combination all the time when I'm out for the day, this breath spray is enough.

And lastly, also one of my most recent discoveries: My Skin Essentials Deo Spray. I am very particular with deodorants and I don't use any out-of-the-counter solutions. This deo spray from My Skin Essentials smells so fruity and fresh and it's made from organic ingredients. I haven't had any allergies from using this since 2 weeks ago. This actually comes in a set with an underarm toner, whitening cream, and anti-irritant cream that I will be reviewing soon.
