Christmas Party Themes

Christmas time is PARTY time! I've received a lot of Christmas party invitations this year and one of the few things that make parties fun is setting a theme for it. I've mentioned in my previous post about the KPOP Christmas Party that the Davao Bloggers organized and how it made my head hurt. Hahaha! Anyway, here are some outfit shots for the different Christmas Party themes I had this month.

For the Positive Peeps Christmas Party, we were supposed to wear something red and Christmas-y. Since all my red dresses are due for laundry, I picked this sparkly striped cocktail dress and wore a Santa hat to make my outfit festive.

Now, green does not exactly symbolize Christmas without its partner color for the season, red. However, we went all-out with an army-themed Christmas Party with my law school friends. The theme turned out pretty well, it was a Green Christmas for us.

So here's a photo from the Davao Bloggers Society KPOP Christmas Party. Many ladies were seen with boots, oversized shirts, large glasses, leggings, it was a fun night. My original CL-inspired outfit did not arrive in the mail so I was forced to find a replacement dress. I opted for a short sparkly white dress with cutout sleeves. It was a simple dress and I paired it with a flamboyant pair of leopard boots.

It's always fun to have themed parties. It's the last week of December and I have 3 more parties to go to before we say goodbye to 2013. Have a blessed Christmas, everyone! And, let's not forget why we're celebrating this season. Merry Christmas!
