Shiseido White Lucent Power Brightening Mask + Sample Room

Are you a member of Sample Room? If you're a member then maybe you have already received samples of different brands and might have also posted your reviews at the Sample Room website. I love that the membership at Sample Room is just free and we only need to pay for shipping, which, in my case, is at P130 to P160 depending on weight. I'm sure those in Luzon and Visayas area have lower shipping costs.

Anyway, I haven't posted my Sample Room reviews here in my blog but today is different. Let me tell you about my experience about a sample that was sent to me about a month ago. Unfortunately, I had some allergies on my face that I waited to clear before I tried this Shiseido White Lucent Power Brightening Mask. Here's how it looks like from the Sample Room website:

As you may have noticed, a sample of this Brightening Mask is 200 points. Your membership with Sample Room automatically gives you 100 points. From time to time, Sample Room allows their members to purchase 1000 points for only P599. I availed of this sometime last June and that's how I got a lot of points that allowed me to get samples like this one from Shiseido, and also from other brands.

From my review above, I said that there was a brightening effect right after I removed the mask from my face. I have a medium (to dark) skin tone so I really don't care much about whitening because I can only be as white (or as bright) as my genes dictate so. I made that review right after using the product, which, for me, is the best time to evaluate whether you really like the product or not, and it's also the time when your experience with a certain product is still fresh.

After posting the review at the Sample Room website, I slept.

What I did not realize is that the remaining essence of the Shiseido White Lucent Power Brightening Mask that I massaged all over my face right after disposing the mask has worked wonders on my skin over night. I did not wash my face after massaging the mask, since it was not indicated in the instructions. I slept with the essence absorbed by my skin and I woke up with a really soft and supple face!

I still have my pimples, though, but I really noticed that my pores were smaller, and there is a big improvement on my skin. The night before, I have already notice that my facial skin has felt firmer, not the kind of tightening you get from soaps, just firm. And results were even more prominent when I woke up. I would like to have this Mask in my beauty stash! It's recommended to be used once or twice a week and if money is not an issue, I want this to be a part of my beauty regimen.
