How to Save on Your Beauty Purchases

Let's just say that I'm stingy.

I buy a pack of cotton pads ON SALE and still push my thrift a little further by cutting each cotton pad into 4. My toner says that the cotton must be moist and not dripping wet with the product. I think 1/4 of the pad can do its job.

I place these pads on a canister with cover to prevent dirt from contaminating the cotton. It's important to keep them clean it's what I use for my face.
