Shopping for Slippers at Banana Peel

I have a lot of slippers: 2 on my bedroom, 1 on the car, 2 at my office, and some other pairs lying around our house. I did not personally buy any of my slippers. They're always bought either by my mom or another member of the family or by my secretary.

Last week, I had the chance to choose one pair of slippers from Banana Peel, located at the 2nd Floor of Gaisano Mall of Davao. It was a slipper mecca! Their walls were lined with hundreds of slippers hung around like a huge floor-to-ceiling curtain. I was honestly not prepared for it and it took me quite some time to pick one pair from among the several beautiful designs that they have. Honestly, I wanted to have all of their animal prints (LOTSA SPOTS) line.

Imagining myself waking up with these babies at the foot of my bed makes me smile like ^___________^
Just to show you guys how vast Banana Peel's collections are, here's a glimpse of what you can expect from their store in Gaisano Mall:

  2. hands down, banana peel has the cutest designs but they fade and the slippers are too thin. i'd rather go for quality. :)

    1. With a range of P140 to P510, I think the quality is good. My earlier pairs are still alive and kicking! :) Some prints may have faded already but they still do their task for me after almost 2 years of use (and abuse? hehe).

  3. I never have tried Banana Peel and I don't know if the quality is good. But I'm interested if they have country flag designs like Brazil, Spain, UK and Australia :)

    1. You should try and grab a pair for yourself. I've seen a London design in Banana Peel store in Davao. I'm sure they have other flag designs, too. =)
