Philosophy Spa and Salon

Source
If you want to have the ultimate massage and spa experience here in Davao, go to Philosophy Spa at Florentine Building, Bonifacio Street, Davao City.

I love massages, and I've been to almost every massage salon here in Davao but the best experience that I have, so far, is here at Philosophy Spa. The lowest rate for a massage is twice than the regular massage rate here in Davao but here's what you get for your P600: A shower with complete amenities (I guarantee that you wouldn't miss your basic shower routine), Jacuzzi, Sauna, Massage, and two rounds of sandwiches and drinks. Fit for royalty, eh?

My experience with Philosophy Spa was heavenly. It was not a peak hour when I arrived so I had the whole jacuzzi to myself. It was so timely since I just had a rough and busy week, my Philosophy Spa visit was a peaceful break. I was having some stress-reliever moment even before the actual massage, I love it to bits!

Next stop: Sauna. I was happy that there was a glass of ice-cold water that I can drink and also a small pan of cold water with a face towel that I can tap on my face and body when it already gets too hot. I liked my sauna experience, especially since it's so private.

Before the massage, I ordered my first round of drinks and sandwiches. You can choose tuna or chicken for the sandwich and there are a lot more choices for the drinks, I chose Iced Tea.

The massage was a good 1 hour and a half, concluded with a very very nice round of stretches. While writing this post, I'm actually thinking of going back to Philosophy Spa this evening.... I miss being pampered!

By the way, if you're also in the mood to have total pampering package aside from massages and jacuzzi, you may also avail of Philosophy Salon's manicure, pedicure, and other skin and hair services. The massage with manicure and pedicure services only costs P720.00.

Don't forget to visit Philosophy Spa and Salon when you're in Davao City!

  2. I never tried pampering myself through massages, I'd rather buy a top or shoes, or even accessories, but lately I've been addicted to it, my last massage was at the Big apple express spa, a foot paradise since I really wanna pamper my feet from all the abused marathon ;) visit my site!

    1. Haha! Same here! I used to hate massages because I'm very ticklish. But now, I regularly have a massage.

  3. 600 for all that services is very reasonable and a very good way to pamper oneself.

Massage with food and drinks for P600?! For that price I'd definitely try Philosophy Spa... if only it's near Manila. [sigh]
I really should plan to go to Davao soon. :)
