Hello! Let me introduce you to the products that I swear by and totally love. These are the products that I use every single day, even when I'm travelling. I've been using these for months now (some I've been using for years) and I must say that these products have really proven their worth. Let's start.
Human ♥ Nature Feminine Wash Human ♥ Nature Baby Wash Human ♥ Nature Conditioner Human ♥ Nature Shampoo |
Human ♥ Nature products have been a staple in my LIFE ever since I've encountered them. The very first products that I've tried are the Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner. I got hooked since then. I explored almost all of their products and some of these have actually became a mainstay on my toiletries kit, make up kit, and even emergency kit!
The Baby Wash is actually a skin saver for me. I was blessed with very sensitive skin and it's a pain to test products in a trial and error fashion to find out which soap works for me. I do have some basic requirements for a soap: it should not be drying because I rarely use lotions; it should be mild and should not trigger my skin asthma; it should help me prevent back or body acne; and most of all, it should be pocket-friendly. I found all of these (and more) in the Human ♥ Nature Baby Wash. I know I'm too old to use a baby wash but this product really works for me. I even use it as a shampoo when I'm out of supply.
With the growing number of feminine washes sprouting like mushrooms in the market today, what makes Human ♥ Nature Feminine Wash a cut above the rest is that it's mild and it doesn't take forever to rinse it off. You heard me right, ladies.
Now, let me introduce you to the products that I use for my face: VMV Hypoallergenics.
I rarely use a Make-Up Remover but I've already tried a handful of products that didn't suit my skin. At first I thought I wouldn't buy VMV's Make-up Remover again because I got a weird experience when I tried it for the first time but I thought wrong. I find it funny and weird that this product bubbles a little from its bottle but I guess it's just normal, it doesn't really affect its effectivity. I can use this product to effortlessly remove my eye make-up and I can also use this to remove lipstick without irritating my lips.
VMV's Facial Wash is the very first VMV product that I have tried. I swear I gave up a week's worth of snacks so that I can buy this product 'cause it doesn't come cheap. I'm glad that I finally found the cure for my perennial pimple problem. When I noticed that my skin improved just by using the facial wash, I decided to get a complete set of Facial Wash - Toner - Moisturizer for Oily Skin. It wasn't easy shelling out almost P2,000 for this set and to think that I wasn't earning any income at that time. Thank you, JCB!
I've also explored VMV's Armada line, famous for the unparalleled skin protection against UVA and UVB rays. On most days, I use Armada SPF30 in the morning while I use the moisturizer at night. When I'm out at the beach, I use my Armada Sport SPF 70 (not in photo). Also not in the photo is the Id Monolaurin Gel which I always use as a spot-treatment for pimples.
PROUDLY PINOY. Both Human ♥ Nature and VMV Hypoallergenics are products made by Filipinos. I would have to thank Anna Meloto-Wilk and Dr. Vermen M. Verallo-Rowell for their efforts in creating and brainstorming world-class products that I (or any Filipino) could be proud of!
Proudly Filipino Products and even good on delicate skin.
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm very streamlined when it comes to skin care. Dove soap and Nivea cream lang. :)
ReplyDeleteI love Human Nature!
ReplyDeleteHow do you find Armada? It's too white on my face!!
Armada doesn't leave any white residue on my face, but I only use the SPF30. I use the SPF70 rarely under make up but I make sure that I only use a pea-sized amount to avoid that white streak. And I wait for around 2 minutes after application to let my skin absorb the product before I put on any foundation or powder. =)
DeleteThese could be perfect gifts for moms and girl friends (I mean mga 'kaibigang babae') and of course for men!
ReplyDeleteSadly, the make-up remover that I got from Human Nature didn't suit my skin. The application on my face had that burning effect, and the next thing I know, I started getting rashes on my face. Since then, I stopped buying from them. I thought since it's organic, that it'll be good for my sensitive skin. Sadly, not everything is. Even the ones in Healthy Option gave me rashes. Although CLinique's suits my face well. :)
ReplyDeleteOMG! That's sad. But please take note that not all organic products are free from allergens. I don't use Human Nature products with strawberry because I'm allergic to it. Well, I can eat strawberry but my skin reacts differently when I use strawberry-based lotions and creams.
Deletemy mom will be able to use some of these products. :D
ReplyDeleteI love it... i think only Filipinos understand Filipino skin... and i think its better for us to make our own products
ReplyDeleteI agree with you 100%! =)
