Top 10 Junk Foods that should be avoided

Reading on a back issue of DC Kids, I learned that most of what we eat today are unhealthy. Below is the list of Top 10 Junk Foods that we usually enjoy.


10. Fruit Drinks
9. Donuts - very high sugar content
8. Low-Fat Ice Cream
7. Commercial Pizza
6. White Bread
5. Decaffeinated Coffee
4. Pop/Softdrinks
3. Diet Pop
2. Processed Breakfast Cereal
1. French Fries

It's hard to believe that my most favorite snack is in Number 1. I guess I'll pass the fries when ordering at Jollibee or McDonald's. I also dig sweets and it's really hard to break the habit.
