My travel to KORONADAL CITY has left me with two big zits on my face, one in the nose and the other on my cheek. I've been pimple-free lately, thanks to the regular facials I had. But right now, my tight schedule coupled with stress and late-night studying has brought me pimples once again.
I know I am over-reacting.. It's just a pimple. But pimples take away my self-confidence and with the kind of job that I have, I don't want to face people with red spots on my face...
So, I asked my sister (who's a medical student) on the cure for pimples. Here's her advice.
1. Use an ANTI-BACTERIAL ASTRINGENT and you can also dissolve CLINDAMYCIN on it and use it twice a day, for two weeks straight. (But I don't use astringents and I don't like the smell of astringents!)
2. Use BENZOYL PEROXIDE, apply it on your affected areas. Benzoyl Peroxide is an ingredient of a world-known PANOXYL.
3. Use Retinoic Acid.
4. Hydroquinone, which is an ingredient of astringents usually manufactured by most dermatologists.
5. Drink Vitamin C and Vitamin E.
Well, I am not very sure if I can follow the strict regimen in caring for my face. I am not used to using creams and the like but I had facials before. I have no time for facials now.. Well, good luck to my face and I hope to say goodbye to pimples, soon.
At midnight they came home delightedly: Polly, as I said, wild to tell me the story of victory; only both the pretty Walton girls said: http://www.jouqoech.info/?search=Mariah+Carey Cousin Frederic, you did not come near me all the evening.. He shook his http://www.jouqoech.info/?search=4mm+reepschnur+50m+seil+schnur head decidedly...

ReplyDeleteI wish you luck in life. You seem to work hard and always deal with pressure like me.
